William H. Kaiser

For more than twenty-five years, William Kaiser has dedicated his practice to representing employees and professionals in employment discrimination cases and other employment litigation. Bill has represented individuals in employment disputes with some of the nation’s largest corporations and financial institutions.

Bill has successfully obtained numerous significant monetary settlements for his clients and has litigated groundbreaking cases that have resulted in published court decisions expanding the boundaries of employment protections in various aspects of employment law. He regularly litigates before courts and arbitration panels in cases involving claims of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, breach of contract and non-payment of wages, bonuses and commissions. Bill also defends employees and executives in litigation alleging violations of non-compete and non-solicitation restrictions.

Bill has extensive experience representing victims of sexual harassment and sexual assault and currently represents multiple women with legal claims against the Estate of Jeffrey Epstein.
