Our attorneys represent clients before courts and arbitral tribunals in New York, New Jersey and throughout the country, during the pretrial, trial and appeal phases of a wide variety of complex disputes.  The Firm focuses on complex litigation, including cases involving employment law, partnership and other business-ownership disputes, real estate litigation, fraud and whistleblower litigation, life-altering personal injury litigation and other complex litigation.
